REFUND POLICY:

Refund Policy of the America International Agriculture Show (AMIAS):

1- In the event of non-participation following obtaining the visa, these costs are neither refundable nor transferable to another edition.

2- In case of visa failure, the participation fees will be reimbursed at 80%. The refund will be made one month after the end of the event.

3- In the event of definitive cancellation of AMIAS 2024 by our organization, all participation fees will be reimbursed.

4- Our event has a non-cancellation policy; however, substitutions are possible.

The organization of the America International Agriculture Show (AMIAS 2024) not only aims to encourage the development and marketing of value-added agricultural products and local foods; but also, above all, to promote new business opportunities and strengthen bilateral trade relations between the United States of America and other nations of the world.
